I've had procedures done at many places, but none have used numbing cream like this. Today I had the TerraPrime treatment, and it wasn't painful at all. Dr. Tle was very attentive and thorough. The most important thing is 100% no hard sell. Oh one last thing, my first impression was the phone lady. Very helpful, nice and fast response!!!
