I loved it from the first time I came. It's clean and hygienic. The staff are lovely, gentle, and provide good information. Dr. Kant gives excellent consultations; he's detailed, friendly, and doesn't rush at all. My first treatment was Pico laser, which significantly reduced dark spots from CO2 laser treatment. I think after completing the 3-session course, they should be completely gone. This time I'm continuing with Xerf laser treatment. I'll post an update on the results later! 🤎

It's like laser treatment, but it doesn't mean everyone will see results. If you want to try it, go ahead. There are tons of five-star reviews. Pros: The clinic is clean, luxurious, and looks expensive. They have a lot of equipment, including a facial scanner. Cons: It might be good for others, but for me, I didn't see any results and wasn't impressed. The thing is, I accidentally clicked on something on Gowabi (this app is buggy, be careful!), so I requested a refund, but they wouldn't give it back. I lost money and got a voucher instead. I was in a hurry and had to find a clinic to get some kind of procedure done. I found this place, read the reviews, and checked out their Facebook page. I saw they had international customers, and the reviews were good. The procedure I get every year is Ulthera, and this clinic was having a promotion, so the price was about the same as the voucher. That's why I was interested. Let me preface this by saying I've had Ulthera done 5 times every year. It's not like I've never had it done before. There's a clinic that does it really well, lifting even the eyebrows, at a reasonable price, not overdoing it with shots. It's Dr. Arm at Starmed. I'm not getting paid to say that, and I don't really want to mention him because his schedule is already very busy. Back to this clinic... The program we chose was Ulthera Prime 300 shots + unlimited HIFU shots. It was specifically stated that all procedures were performed by a "doctor with honors." (Just a side note.) We contacted the admin on Line to ask if we could schedule a consultation with the doctor before purchasing. She seemed a bit hesitant when she found out we were buying through Gowabi. She mentioned that customers had to agree to having their pictures taken if purchasing through the app. We weren't bothered; we just went along with it. We requested "Dr. Gan." // If we wanted to have the procedure done by Dr. Ball, the clinic owner, it would cost an extra 10,000+ baht, I think. The appointment was on Friday the 13th, the day before Valentine's Day – a very auspicious date! We arrived exactly on time, but were made to wait for almost an hour. A counter staff member (but wearing a scrub?) came to talk to us and had us sign a consent form for photography. After a while, a team of three from the social media marketing department arrived. They took us into a room with microphones and cameras for an interview. They asked a series of questions, suggesting why we chose this clinic and if other clinics hadn't worked for us. We played along, praising the clinic even before we'd met the doctor. I didn't see the equipment, and I was playing the role of an influencer. I asked him why there weren't many Ulthera reviews on social media, only Pico reviews. The team replied that many people have had the treatment, but they don't film it because they pay more… What did they mean? They were implying that because I paid less, a lower-priced treatment at 35,000+ baht, this is what I expected. Then they took me to clean my face, took pictures, and put me in a 3D facial scanner. I didn't know what the scan was for, because there was no doctor to give me any consultation yet. Maybe it was for keeping records and for the camera crew to film for social media. Next, they took me to a room to apply numbing cream and I waited for about forty minutes. The waiting room was clean, comfortable, and very private. When the time was up, the same female staff member who applied the numbing cream—who was very polite and had a very gentle touch—came back. I didn't know if she was a nurse's assistant/therapist or who, but she applied gel and informed me that we would be doing HIFU first. I was confused because the voucher said "All procedures are performed by a doctor with honors." So I asked the young woman… "Don't we need a doctor to examine us first?" the girl replied. "No, the doctor will do the Ulthera treatment." I was stunned. I'd been tricked. Gritting my teeth, I asked again, "What is this procedure? What does it help with?" (testing my knowledge a bit). "And can she do it right away?" She seemed to be getting annoyed and replied, "I'm a graduate, I'm a physical therapist." Haha. So I just lay there, completely swayed. I've had HIFU done at other clinics, and I've never encountered a physical therapist or nurse assistant; it was always the doctor. But she was probably skilled. During this time, a photographer came by periodically, taking pictures, turning the lights on and off playfully. Then we changed rooms. Finally, I got to see the doctor, but we didn't talk; I just lay there preparing for the treatment. The doctor was incredibly handsome, fair-skinned and clean-cut. The girl doing the HIFU was also there learning. Meanwhile, cameras were filming the doctor, interviewing him, and zooming in on my face occasionally. The doctor complained that I hadn't bought enough shots (I knew, that's all the voucher allowed). So he said, "Then turn it up to the maximum!" It was really strong, but I'm a fighter, I endured it. While the doctor was doing the treatment, he taught the HIFU girl, explaining things and asking me a few questions about how her treatments elsewhere went. Then she kept complaining that I bought too few shots, that it wouldn't be effective, and that I needed 500-700 shots, plus another 600 shots of the Xerf program, costing around 50,000 baht (normally I do 400 shots with Dr. Arm and my face is already puffy, this time 300 shots, less than before, but I also did HIFU, shouldn't that enhance the treatment?). I just nodded and said, "Okay, sure," but in my heart, I was thinking, "I'm never seeing you again!" The doctor and the team ended by squeezing my face to film a video to show how much firmer my skin looked. Inside, I wanted to scream. It was swollen, not firm! Cut! End of filming. The doctor waved goodbye and walked out, while I was taken for a few more photos and then sent home. A month later, I'm writing this review. The first week my face was extremely swollen. It's never been this swollen before. It was swollen, painful, and the pain extended to my temples, neck, and jaw. I couldn't open my mouth. It was incredibly bruised. And this is the new Ulthera Prime that's promoted as painless. In short, my cheeks are still saggy, and my face is bigger than before. I'm so sad.

I came for Botox 100U. The staff were excellent, polite, and lovely. The doctor was very gentle; the injection was painless. They explained every step in detail. The clinic displayed the medication, ensuring it was 100% authentic. The clinic is clean, beautiful, and conveniently located in an office building. There's parking available for 2 hours.
