I did a Micro Lock and Lucky Eye procedure here. The treatment and aftercare have been excellent, including red light therapy, hair washing support, and I was able to fly back on the third day after having my stitches removed. During the consultation, Dr. Joe was extremely patient and took the time to answer every single question I had in detail. He explained the procedure clearly, addressed my concerns thoughtfully, and never made me feel rushed. That really gave me a lot of confidence going into the surgery. I was told that the Lucky Eye technique is a special procedure invented by Dr. Choladhis, and there isn’t another hospital that offers it in quite the same way. Overall, the experience was smooth and reassuring. I would definitely recommend international patients to consider TRP Hospital for their treatments.

I had my eyelid surgery at the hospital with Dr. Khanti. The service was excellent, the doctor is skilled, the incision is beautiful, and there's no swelling at all. It's exactly what I wanted. The hospital is clean and meets standards, and the staff are polite and courteous. After the surgery, they provided cold compresses and light therapy to reduce swelling, and even offered hair washing services! It was amazing!

I had eye-lock and eyebrow lift procedures here about three years ago, based on a friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately, my experience raised several serious concerns that affected my overall rating. 1. Doctor availability The doctor I originally booked with was unavailable— different people told you different things, one due to illness, one due to a conference, and one due to an emergency. What that tell you? 2. Unexpected higher charges I was reassigned to another doctor and charged a higher fee due to his rate. This was not my fault, as the original doctor’s absence was entirely on the clinic’s side. I don’t believe patients should bear additional costs because of internal scheduling issues. 3. Sales staff giving medical advice Medical advice and facial assessments were provided by sales staff as well as doctors. This is a major red flag. In Europe and the U.S., this would be considered inappropriate and unprofessional medical practice. 4. Misleading downtime information I was told there would be minimal downtime and that I could continue with my travel plans shortly after the procedure. As a tourist, I scheduled my trip accordingly. In reality, proper recovery required 5–7 days, including follow-up visits for injections and stitch removal. This crucial information was not clearly disclosed during booking. 5. Front desk attitude and data accuracy The front desk staff showed attitude when I filled out forms in English. While I speak Thai, my Thai writing is not strong. Instead of asking for clarification, they entered incorrect information into my patient profile, which is unacceptable in a medical setting. 6. Pain management during surgery During the procedure, the numbing medication wore off several times. Toward the end, instead of properly re-administering medication, the doctor proceeded with stitching and told me to “suck it up.” This was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, I will not return to this clinic. Thailand has many beauty clinics to choose from, and I would strongly recommend selecting one that demonstrates higher medical professionalism, transparency, and patient care.
