I gave it one star because: On the day of the procedure appointment, I filled out the usual medical history and had to sign the review paperwork, take a video, and go live. I informed them that the agreed-upon price wasn't a review case. The staff member stated that they had chatted, but there was no mention of a review case. There was no text message on the phone, and there was no mention of a review case. There was no phone call, and it wasn't convenient for a breast augmentation review. The staff member acknowledged the document and clearly signed it, but when I woke up, groggy, I saw someone taking a photo with their phone. When I got back to my hotel, I called to ask why they were doing this (taking a photo of a patient's bare breast) when the patient was dazed and unconscious. They probably thought I hadn't seen them, but I woke up and saw them taking the photo, and then went back to sleep. The staff member informed me that the doctor had ordered me to take photos to keep in case the silicone implants needed to be removed and a hematoma was removed. I responded that my case was beautiful and completely normal, with a 200cc low-profile implant. There was no way there would be excessive bleeding or any complications. I was certain the doctor hadn't ordered me to take photos of my breasts to keep. In short, there was no apology, but they said, "The patient can rest easy. I'll send you photos, but you can't see my face." And I'll delete the photos from my phone. I'm not sure how many cases have been reported by staff members who falsely claimed to be doctors and took photos of patients without their knowledge. If anyone is going to do this, they should clearly state this to the medical team. The medical team has ethics, and the same thing will definitely not happen to me. I give 5 stars for the facility and cleanliness. I'm impressed with all the medical staff, especially the anesthesiologist, who has the lightest hand in the world. There was minimal bruising at the blood draw site, and my throat didn't hurt at all. It's truly amazing. I've had it done elsewhere, and it caused severe bruising and a sore throat.
