I first contacted them on November 6th, 2022, and the admin, Bowvy (I'm not sure if it was the same person the second time), responded. I contacted them again on December 18th. I spent time comparing different types of threads, prices, techniques, doctors, travel times, and promotions with other clinics, and also doing additional research. I knew nose thread lifting is risky, so I narrowed it down to this clinic and another one. When I contacted them again, the response was, "The admin already sent it to you," along with a sticker saying "I'm extremely bored." But I didn't retaliate with any insults. I thought maybe it was the admin having a bad day, or maybe they were on their period, or just plain impolite. Even though my friends told me to scold or teach them a lesson, I didn't want to. So I replied explaining that I contacted them again in case there were any new promotions, and that I would check back later to see if the clinic had responded. Turns out, I was blocked! I'm so confused. They need to train their staff urgently. Their customer service and manners are terrible. Choosing the other clinic, even though it's further away and more expensive, wouldn't have been difficult. Other pages are so persistent with customers; this page drives them away.
