The way they spoke was terrible. My girlfriend came to this clinic because they had an appointment available on her desired date, but the work wasn't done properly. She contacted them to fix it. After the fix, she was naturally apprehensive because it wasn't perfect from the start. She suggested an X-ray after the procedure, but a woman on the other side loudly said, "X-ray is 200 baht per film," in a questioning tone that irritated my girlfriend. I felt that was very unacceptable. I think there was a better way to inform someone about the price – by approaching them and speaking politely, not shouting from the other side. I feel very sorry for my girlfriend; we probably won't use their services again. However, the doctor who fixed the problem was polite and did provide the X-ray as my girlfriend suggested.
