Furthermore, patients were not called in order; those who arrived later were served first. Even after being called into the treatment room, I still had to wait almost another hour. In total, I wasted over 3 hours, arriving at 11:50 AM and finishing at 3:00 PM. This needs improvement. However, the staff's service itself was okay.
