Patient Reviews

The service mind of the staff is terrible. There were two young women. 1) They called to say that I wouldn't make it on time and that my appointment would be cancelled. It sounded like a threat. They could have spoken politely. Learn some manners. This is a customer, not someone begging for money. Don't call like that. It's rude. Didn't the hospital teach them any manners? Or do they just call for the sake of calling? 2) When I arrived, they asked if it was okay if I didn't have my ID card. The employee replied that I could write my name on the form. When asked, "Is it okay if I don't have my ID card?", the answer should have been "No problem," not "Write my name." Does this mean I have to beg to be admitted to the hospital? Customers aren't playmates. They're paying you. Here, the waiting time is sometimes 3-4 hours even with an appointment. The price per visit is 5000-6000 baht minimum. I've never complained before, but the staff's manners are unacceptable. I really can't recommend this place. Two rotten apples in one. The older staff here are good; they at least have manners.

I had a terrible experience with Chinese medicine doctor Chalida Sittichaiwijit (Dr. Chen Bao Zhen). When I asked a question out of curiosity, she made a nasty face and cursed at me. She should be more focused on treating patients and speaking more politely, not treating them because she doesn't want to.

Traditional Chinese medicine clinics treat almost every ailment, just like modern medicine.

We used to treat our thyroid here by seeing a Chinese medicine doctor and taking herbal tea every week. (They brewed it for us, so it wasn't complicated to brew it ourselves. They packaged it in sealed bags; you just dipped the bag in a glass of hot water, and once the tea was warm, you cut the bag and used a straw to drink it. Very convenient, but the taste was awful!) Each time we went, the doctor would check our pulse, ask about our symptoms, and prepare a custom prescription. The doctor would adjust the medication according to our condition each week. The doctor's fee and medication cost around 1,500-1,800฿. We had a 4 cm thyroid nodule in our neck. A Thai traditional medicine doctor said we needed surgery, so we switched to Chinese medicine. We took the medicine for 6 months, and now the nodule and thyroid levels are stable. We've been cured for 4 years now. Recently, we developed hives, so we went back for another treatment. Everything has been great, except for the taste of the medicine, which we're still not used to! 😆😆😆😅😅😅

Before coming here, I received treatment at an outside clinic. It was very expensive. I paid almost 5,000 baht. Here, the prices are affordable. My first visit cost less than 1,000 baht. The doctor is lovely and speaks kindly. She provides excellent information. The cleaning staff and security guards are also very friendly and always smiling.
