DHT Hair Clinic

I had my hair transplant with Dr. Path at DHT Clinic in early December, and I could not be happier with my experience. I first consulted with Dr. Path about three years ago. Instead of pushing me to get a transplant right away, he advised me to try medication first, specifically oral minoxidil and finasteride. After about eight months, there was already significant progress, with my hairline and midscalp filling in well. I still wanted to refine my hairline further, and when I later went back for a new consult this year, my estimated graft count was over 30% lower than originally expected. This saved me money and helped preserve grafts for the future. Dr. Path is a very realistic and conservative surgeon. He asks the right questions about age, medication use, and family hair history, and always takes a long-term approach. His focus is on natural results and graft conservation, rather than creating an aggressive hairline that may not age well. This thoughtful approach really stood out to me. The service and communication from Dr. Path and the entire DHT Clinic team were excellent. Everyone was calm, patient, and compassionate, and every question I had was answered honestly. On the day of surgery, I was taken care of by a full team from start to finish. It genuinely felt like VIP treatment. The process was smooth, comfortable, and surprisingly quick, with absolutely no pain. Even the numbing injections were barely noticeable, just a tiny pinprick. The follow-up care was equally impressive. The staff even came in on a holiday to do my post-op washes and made sure I felt confident handling everything on my own afterward. I also had the chance to speak with another very friendly doctor who had traveled from Canada to do his training at DHT Clinic, which further reinforced the clinic’s reputation and standards. It has now been over two weeks, and while full results will take time, everything looks excellent so far. The scabs have fallen off, the follicle placement looks dense but natural, and the hairline shape is very realistic. I can already tell this is going to look even better in the coming months. There are many good clinics in Bangkok, but in my opinion, DHT Clinic stands out as the best and truly sets the gold standard. They are professional, not pushy, and genuinely care about long-term results. I would highly recommend Dr. Path and DHT Clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant.

I had an appointment and waited two weeks for it. I waited in the waiting room for over 45 minutes, then was informed that the doctor had to leave and there were no available consultations that day. I requested compensation and received 1,000 baht (the consultation fee), but no one has contacted me or advised me to reschedule. I am willing to pay 2,000 baht or even 4,000 baht for the consultation, just so someone can call me to schedule an appointment. I will delete this review once the issue is resolved. Thank you.

I had an outstanding experience with DHT Clinic - Dr Path and his wonderful nursing team - known internationally as one of the best in the world. I received just over 3000 grafts in a FUE hair transplant recently and found the care and attention outstanding. I am based in Australia and the clinic are well used to treating overseas patients. Dr. Pathomvanich is undoubtedly a master of his craft. I’m very glad I chose him after seeing his results on Reddit. I underwent a hair transplant (including temporal peak restoration), as well as an eyebrow transplant. I went in with a clear vision of what I wanted, and I walked away with the result I hoped for and more. I was initially very nervous about the pain, as I’m needle-averse and have a below-average pain tolerance. But to my surprise, the procedure was completely manageable. The discomfort was much less than I expected, even for someone like me. The consultation didn't feel rushed, and I felt heard. My surgery ended up taking nearly 12 hours (not including the consultation time), but the team made the experience as comfortable as possible from beginning to end. His staff was also wonderful. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I felt genuinely cared for from the day before surgery, throughout the procedure, and the following days post-op. The facility itself was clean and professional. Additionally, his staff even made time to come in on a Sunday just to wash my hair and check on my healing! I’m currently about two weeks post-op and have returned to the U.S., but Dr. Pathomvanich still checks in and answers any questions I have, which I deeply appreciate. Overall, I had a great experience. He’s the pioneer of hair transplant in Thailand for a reason.
