I visited this clinic recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The doctor did not seem very engaged during the consultation. It felt rushed, and there wasn’t much effort to fully understand my concerns before proceeding with the procedure. I believe patients should feel heard and properly assessed, but that was lacking in my visit. Additionally, the sales approach was very uncomfortable. Even after I declined, I was repeatedly pressured to purchase a treatment course. Being pushed multiple times to commit to something I was not ready for felt inappropriate and unprofessional. While I understand that clinics promote packages, it should never feel forced. I hope the clinic can improve by creating a more patient-centered experience and adopting a more respectful, less aggressive sales approach.
