Later, when I inquired with the clinic, they stated that they could not issue a new one because of legal restrictions on the rights of nurses and suggested that I use my social security benefits. In reality, they didn't inform me of any of this from the beginning, including that there was no doctor available for consultations that day and regarding any social security benefits. I would like to suggest that the clinic consider clearly informing patients in advance that the issued certificate is not a medical certificate acceptable for submission to work, and whether there is a doctor available for consultations that day.
