I requested a referral slip to receive medication at a larger hospital as scheduled by my doctor, but the clinic refused to issue one because I was only picking up medication, not seeing a doctor. They wouldn't issue a slip, yet made me wait for an hour and a half. Why would they say they wouldn't issue one then? Couldn't they have just said so from the start? It was a complete waste of my work time. Terrible service. Every visit is a repeat of the same experience. No improvement.
