People who are only available in the evening, go on time, before the queue time is up, they don't accept you for treatment, giving the reason that there are too many people, the doctor can't examine you in time, send you home and come back the next day. Go for 2 days, don't get examined both days. This happened to me personally. When people in the house went to get the appointment card or ask for a personal referral form, they didn't clearly state the details. The elderly person traveled alone 3 times before getting a referral form. Other people complained everywhere. Wasted time, disappointed feelings.
