Such a waste of time. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called to make a reservation several days in advance and even called again 15 minutes before arriving to confirm. But when I got there, it was as if my booking didn't exist; they told me to wait. After waiting 30 minutes, I asked how much longer I had to wait, and they said another 30 minutes. Then they told me they had just accepted a walk-in customer. If you already have reservations, why would you accept new walk-ins? Worst service I've ever experienced.
