Give one star for the company that runs this clinic. Why can I request a referral only from 13.00-16.30? It's bearable not to issue a referral on Saturday and Sunday, but not on public holidays. People who work Mon-Fri get off work at 16.30, so they have to take time off to get a referral, which wastes more time because they have to go to the doctor's appointment. It would be great if you could explain why other times are not allowed, like saying that it's according to the company's rules. So we want to know which company it is, so we can ask the right person why it has to be this afternoon and why not all day. We waste money, time, and vacation days. The referral is valid for only one month. The nurse couldn't help us, except to tell us to come back in the afternoon. It's so easy. How much did it cost us to travel to the clinic? We didn't even see a doctor, just had the doctor sign the form. Or do we have to ask the NHSO?

I am impressed by the service of all the staff and doctors at this clinic. Today, I took my sick relative who could not help himself to receive the service. The staff quickly brought a wheelchair to pick him up/send him to the car with a smile on their face. This is service with heart. I would like to sincerely praise them.
