It's a really disappointing experience. The technician didn't even bother removing my eye makeup. I had to ask her to. The room is partitioned partially, not all the way up to the ceiling, so I could basically hear everything that went on in the next room. The 'tool extraction' step was skipped because apparently, "I didn't need it". Overall, it felt rushed and careless, a very noisy, unpleasant experience.

Just one time is enough. It's like you rushed through every step. You didn't squeeze the pimples thoroughly, just to finish it. You asked to inject the pimples that you thought might be inflamed, but they didn't inject it. They told you to come back and get the injections for free if they got inflamed. Why do you have to pay to come back again? Real user. I have the receipt.

The clinic is clean, the atmosphere is nice and not crowded. They offer complimentary drinking water, orange juice, and coffee. I especially liked how cold the air conditioning was!😆 There was a bit of a wait on the day I went, but that's understandable given the large number of clients. The staff were lovely, they didn't try to push any packages, and only did what the client needed. I felt happy and comfortable after my visit.🫶🏻
