The diagnosis was incomplete, and I ended up with a filling costing over 4000 baht. After the procedure, the tooth was sensitive and throbbing for almost a month, making it unusable. I consulted another clinic, where the dentist concluded it was likely decayed to the point of needing root canal treatment. I'm confused why this clinic didn't perform root canal treatment when they initially reviewed the X-ray. P.S. Before the filling, the tooth was functioning normally, but the decay was in a location not visible to the patient.
