The person who did the procedure was very kind and spoke very well, making me forget the pain. The service was good and lovely. However, the staff at the counter didn't thank the customers at all. The atmosphere wasn't as good as the reviews suggested. I didn't expect to experience this firsthand. This will be my last time here. I initially planned to come back for a repeat treatment because of the person who did it, but after seeing what happened downstairs, I definitely won't be returning. After the clinic received the feedback from the review, we received an apology and the clinic is ready to improve and correct the situation. I had an Ultralift treatment today. The staff member who performed the treatment gave good advice. However, the clinic's atmosphere was not impressive. A staff member, likely the manager as she was dressed differently from the other staff, was sitting around doing her makeup and straightening her hair. When I went down to pay after the treatment was finished, the staff member I spoke to was unfriendly, didn't smile, didn't ask for a photo of the receipt, and didn't thank me at all. I probably won't return for their services again.

Personally, I felt great the first time I had my procedure done here. They confirmed the appointment by phone, and they were friendly and polite. My second visit was with someone I'd had previously provided even better service. For example, they cleaned my underarms before the procedure, applied gel, and cleaned me after the laser treatment. Or, if the client didn't change clothes but wore a sleeveless shirt, might I need to protect my sleeves with tissue? (I've experienced this kind of service before, so I'm sharing my opinion.) It might be a little nitpicky, but it's a way to win the hearts of customers. It makes me wonder if I'd be disappointed if I purchased another service. I believe the clinic's products are good, but the service requires training if they want to treat their clients.
